Return and Cancellation Policy

Jinglesh.com promises to deliver quality products. We give the best price for every product. Our website is user-friendly and gives you a memorable experience while shopping for your favorite outfits.

We abide by making you happy and satisfied. We look forward to keeping the best relationship with you. Our reasonable price and products have made our customers list bigger. We have good relationships with our customers always. Due to unanticipated circumstances, if the product is out of a size or unsatisfactory, then please read our return policy and follow the same.

Once the product is received, the customer has to inspect the products immediately. If there is any problem, inform our email support@jinglesh.com or WhatsApp to +917698458359 within 24 hours. The email should have a photo of the outfit. 

The order number has to be mentioned in the mail. You can allege in the email that the product is not following your order. We replace the product only if it is damaged or if a different product is received.

Note: Products bought during a discount sale, special sale and clearance sale are not returnable. Exchange or replacement can be done only on product availability. Exchange can be done only once.

. We replace the products only if the accepted items are in:

  • Damaged condition
  • Has manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product received

Jinglesh Quality Assured Product

In online stores, the customers cannot feel the material of the product purchased. The color also may vary due to the lighting conditions. There are special teams for assuring the quality of the product, where the experts check the stitching quality and material quality to give the best to the customer.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Cancelling Order

After ordering, if you feel that the order has to be canceled, then it has to be done before 24 hours. If you have not sent any mail for canceling but want to cancel the order, you can tell our confirmation team to cancel when they call. We will cancel the order for you from here. If the product has already left the warehouse, there are no chances of canceling the order.

Why within 24 hours?

Once the customer receives the order, our marketing team gets to work. The process of picking, processing, packaging, customizing, and logistics will go on in order. Once the process starts, the staff will not be aware of the product until it reaches the customer. This process cannot be interrupted. So you are given only 24 hours to decide to cancel the order.

Effects of Cancelling Order after 24 hours

We usually do not encourage the cancellation of orders after 24 hours. The customer care is completely responsible for dealing with the customers. They look into the case to make decisions. Sometimes the customers may have to pay some processing charges.

Delivery Late

The product not in stock or manufacturing process delay may be the reason for late delivery. Our team tries its level best to get the item in time. There may be other reasons like wrong address, incorrect pin code, and wrong phone number for late delivery.

Post-Shipment return

The product would not be accepted for return or replacement if:

  • A part of the product is missing
  • The product is damaged, washed or worn out
  • Merchandise not in original condition
  • Products sold as combos cannot be returned as single items
  • Jinglesh has to know the exact reason for the return. If only you do not like the product, then this reason is not acceptable.
  • Product is damaged then it is non-refundable

Some images of the dresses would be a Bollywood replica. These products are not the same, but similar. Such Bollywood replicas are non-returnable. We try to give the best quality for the price paid. If you can order the original Jinglesh premium quality product, then it would be of good quality.

Problem In the Shipped Item

We have an excellent relationship with the customers and try to maintain it. We try to give the best quality, but there may be some errors. Please send a message to our customer care team support@jinglesh .com or whats app to +917698458359 within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Our team may ask to send a picture of the item received for internal review. We arrange for the reverse pick-up from your door-step and ship the correct item. The cost of reverse pick-up is bored by us. If your area is very far off, then the customer care will negotiate what to do?

Non-Acceptance of Returns

Sale items are not received back in the return policy except if there is a wrong product delivered. After seven days of shipment, the items are not received back. Please make sure that you send a message to our customer care and ship the issue as soon as possible.

Kindly do not ship the item before receiving the “Return Accepted” confirmation email. We are not responsible if it is shipped so.

Steps For Returning a shipped product to us

If the received product wrong or damaged, it would be good to mail us within 24 hours. The customer care support@jinglesh.com will send an acknowledgment email to confirm return authorization. This process may take about three days. Please do not ship the items before getting this authorization as we cannot process without Return Authorization Reference. 

We may request for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to process the request.

Once our customer care accepts the return request, please send the item with the order number and name on the parcel. If the reference order number is not written, there are chances for the package to get misplaced.

The products should be in the following condition to be accepted:

  • The product should be in the original packaging and unused.
  • All the items in the product should be returned like bottom, blouse, dupatta, and other extra fabric.
  • If you have received anything free with that product, then that also has to be returned; otherwise, the item is not eligible for return.
  • Once the product received is not to your satisfaction, it would be advisable to email or What’s app within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Barcodes, labels, tags, product and brand packaging should not have tampered
  • Sachets and packets should not be tampered or opened.
  • We give a safe delivery of the product, and it is your responsibility to send back the product safely. If there is a problem in the transit and the package does not reach us, then we cannot help in any way. Make sure to send the parcel through suggested mail or return authorization. Forward us the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt until it is delivered to us.
  • We have to face loss if the product is returned without tags and product in unsalable condition. The product has to be unwashed and undamaged.
  • Our Jinglesh team inspects the goods received before giving a replacement or refund.
  • Damages due to negligence usage and application are not covered under the returns policy.

Our team examines the products on return for the defects and variations as indicated by you. After the inspection, the customer care team contacts you and proposes some remedies according to the case:

  • Choose an alternate product as a replacement
  • Store credit may be offered for shopping in the future
  • Refund dependent on the individual circumstance.

 

Store Credit

You will receive a 100% store credit as much as your order amount. This amount can be used for future purchases from Jinglesh. Our customer care team will send credit approval by email. If you want to use it, please send an email to us.

The customer needs to bear the shipping cost for return shipment in any case. Jinglesh does not take any shipping costs.

How Refund Initiates?

Our refund will not exceed the value of the goods.

  • If the payment was made through credit, debit card, or net-banking, then we reverse the amount to the same account.
  • If the product was received by cash on delivery, then the amount is transferred to your account or cheque is received.
  • Cash on delivery charge and the shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If the payment is made through coupons or reward points, no refund is granted.
  • If products are not available for replacement, then refund is initiated.

We issue only 70% of unstitched product price( 30% is for order processing and payment gateway/cash handling charge, tax, and other recurring charges) Customs duty for international orders is not included here.

Color And Description

The details of the product and its specifications are approximate, close to reality. WE try to bring you the accurate one, but there may be minor variations due to light settings during photography. The display on the monitor also varies due to many property variations. Other parameters like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Jinglesh believes that the customers have to be aware of the slight changes occurring in the color or outfit received.

Note: If there is any dispute, only court and jurisdiction will settle it.

Embellishment Issues

Apparels decorated with embellishments like beads, mirrors, and sequences have chances of coming out. With our perfect handling and packaging, there may be some mistakes. It may happen in the physical transit too. If any of the embellishments are found loose in the package, there is nothing to worry about, as it is a common issue.
